Mattox Plumbing

Mattox plumbing has been great for us. We had an issue that was happening and needed service. Mattox sent out a plumber, Michael, who figured out the issue, ordered the part and fixed the problem-as promised. What impressed me most is that Michael didn’t just fix the issue he was called for-he found another issue and was able to fix it on the spot! He actually cared to get things done right and to see the big picture! Really appreciate Mike’s effort!!!

We needed a plumber to repair the plumbing system vent terminus which had rusted out and was leaking through the ceiling in our commercial kitchen at St. Paul's Episcopal Church in Milwaukee. Plumber Mike W. replaced the two pipes that were completely rusted through and had separated from the roof vents. Mike was efficient in the repair and completely cleaned up the mess from the plaster ceiling. The cost of the repair was also reasonable compared to other plumbing companies. We will definitely (and have already) use Mattox again.

Mattox Plumbing is doing work in connection with the replacement of lead pipes in my West Allis neighborhood and today new pipes were installed in my basement. What I was dreading turned into a painless experience which is due to the plumber Mike W. He was courteous, professional and kept me informed on his part of this job. I would like to give him 5+ stars. He is truly an asset to the company.

I live in a Mobile Home and Mattox replaced my water heater. The experience with Mattox was exceptional. From making the appointment to the installation. On time, considerate of property, quick, professional and friendly. I will Mattox for all my plumbing needs. Isaac Klahn was the rep. That was so helpful.

Thomas saved the day and came after hours to fix a major pipe in our Commercial / Apartment building. Our tenants were without water and thankfully Mattox made time for us. The emergency price was high but Thomas hustled to get the job done as fast as he could. He replaced an old original pipe with new PVC. He was pleasant, friendly and helped clean up. It was a long day (for both of us) and he did it with a smile. Paying the extra cost after hours is never fun but we were all appreciative and grateful to have running water again (water running in the pipes and not on our floor).

The full team at Mattox was extremely responsive and easy to work with. They kept me up-to-date on getting an available plumber out to my home when my sump pump failed at 2am. They had Isaac out to my home by 7am. He was very kind, fast, and really saved the day. He also answered other questions I had about sump pumps in general. Highly recommend. I will be using their services in the future 100%.

We had a situation where neither the toilet or the shower would drain properly, Plunging both drains simultaneously proved to be useless, so we knew we would need the help of a plumber. We called Mattox Plumbing and were treated very professionally by the receptionist. She told us within 2 hours when the plumber would be there. In about an hour I received a text message from Isaac the plumber and he told me within 15 minutes when he would be there. He showed up right on time and was very professional. Isaac tried to minimize the disruption to our bathroom by snaking through the toilet, to no avail. He removed the toilet and continued to power snake, but it didn't help. Isaac even went back to the shop and got an extension ladder to make sure our vent pipe was open, even though it was snowing like crazy outside! Isaac analyzed the situation and we decided the only way for snaking to be effective would be to cut out a section of the waste line in the basement and snake between the open waste line and the floor drain. What he found was amazing! There was 70+ years of tree roots in the line! Isaac made a very professional repair of the waste line with PVC pipe and now we have a cleanout that we can use to snake the line, if this situation happens again. Isaac replaced the toilet and the repair was complete. I was impressed with Isaac's professionalism, his ability to answer my questions and the quality of his work! He took the time to do a good job and the price was fair. I would recommend Isaac and Mattox Plumbing to handle your plumbing problems!

So grateful for the Mattox team. we had 2 inches of water in our basement after calling 4-6 places the Mattox Plumbing team was on it. I called at 11 pm for after emergency service. Erin answered the phone right away and was extremely professional and helpful . she dispatched her after hours tech Devin was extremely helpful with clearing the roots out of our drain and gave me a few options to help prevent this.He arrived in a timely manner and was very professional even thouse it was 1:30 am. i will continue to go back because of these two professional.
